Stainless Steel 321 Pipe

Stainless Steel 321 Pipe is a titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel pipe designed to provide excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion, especially after welding or exposure to high temperatures. The addition of titanium prevents carbide precipitation, making Grade 321 ideal for applications involving repeated heating up to 870°C (1600°F).

This pipe is widely used in high-temperature and pressure systems, including aerospace exhaust manifolds, chemical processing equipment, thermal oxidizers, and heat exchangers. It offers good mechanical strength, excellent oxidation resistance, and maintains its integrity even in demanding thermal cycling environments.
