For round structural tubing with minimal Outer Diam. of 1.900" (48.26mm) and smaller, the outside diameter might not vary more than ±0.5%, rounded to the closest 0.005" (0.13mm), of the required size. For minimal ODs of 2" (50.8mm) and bigger, outer diam. may not vary over ±0.75%, rounded to the closest 0.005". Rectangular Structural Tubing and Square Structural Tubing should be calculated across the flats and contain an allowance for concavity or convexity.
